Dining Facility

The dining services at Netpark are provided by Sodexo, one of the world’s largest on-site service solution companies. This 22,000 square foot facility provides dynamic, upscale “market-style” dining where food is prepared in front of customers at a variety of food stations such as deli, grill, brick-oven pizza, soup and salad bar as well as daily specials market.

In addition to running a full-production kitchen, Sodexo offers catering services for groups of all sizes. The dining area can be designated for banquets, meetings and other events.

Childcare Center

The childcare services at Netpark are provided by STEAM Preschool Academy, a state accredited and Gold Seal certified early learning center for infants through school-age. The twelve-room 17,500 square foot facility features a STEAM Lab (an amazing 5,000 square foot “wonder room” that children can explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math concepts) , dynamic classrooms and three safety surfaced playgrounds. Beginning fall 2023, they will also offer private kindergarten! STEAM Preschool Academy provides academic instruction using Creative Curriculum, low teacher/student ratio and certified teachers for each age group. The convenience of full and part time schedule (when available), private kindergärten, bus transportation to and from Temple Terrace Elementary and Woodmont Charter school, and serving of meals complete the package by this state of the art early education facility.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center at Netpark is an 11,500 square foot facility that provides state-of-the-art equipment and encompasses aerobics room, cycling studio, cardiovascular and free weights areas. The center also provides double locker rooms and showers, locker rentals and towel services.

Conference Center

The Conference Center at Netpark encompasses a large conference room and a 204-seat classroom-style auditorium. Wired for Internet, the auditorium is equipped with a wireless microphone, video projector and theater-style screen. The center is offered to tenants and outside business community at reasonable hourly, daily and weekly rates.
