upscale "market-style" dining area where food is prepared in front
of customers at a variety of food stations. The program provides
menu selections based on employee's preferences, such as brick-oven-baked
pizzas, burgers and grilled chicken, as well as international foods.
The market area is open during work hours daily, and can expand
to 24-hour service if necessary.
Sodexo maintains a full-production kitchen and offers catering
services for groups of all sizes, and space has been designated
for banquets, meetings and other events.
Sodexo is one of the world's largest food contractors. Each
day, Sodexo provides meals for millions of people, including 100,000
meals for workers at 37 IBM facilities throughout the country, and
3,000 workers at Southwest Airlines' corporate headquarters
in Dallas.
